With a permanent population of 3,800 residents, Cape May plays host to 45,000 vacationers during the summer weekends without compromising its tranquil, slow-paced, and relaxing atmosphere.  In addition, based upon seasonally warm weather in the spring and fall, the City has evolved into a town for all seasons with a presentation of a comprehensive selection of themed festivals and diversified events reflecting the embracing of the arts, culture, and history into our fabric.

The 1859 Cape May Lighthouse located in Cape May Point State Park, Lower Township, becomes a beacon of fun.  Enjoy kid-friendly activities, performers, entertainment and unique craft vendors at the base of the lighthouse. 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
