The Cape May Convention Hall staff is available to assist you with marketing and media services to successfully promote your event. Whether you are seeking assistance for a trade show or exhibit, a concert or other ticketed event, our staff is able to assist you with your public relations and marketing needs. Some of the services are available free of charge, others may be fee-based and contingent upon production or size of event. We pride ourselves on having a knowledgeable staff that is familiar with the market, media planning and buying, promotions, sponsorships, and creative services.
Events booked at Cape May Convention Hall may receive significant exposure through existing programs and cross-marketing opportunities. Our staff is also available to assist in marketing your event to large groups and organizations in southern New Jersey.

Advertising and Marketing of Event
Expenses of promoting and advertising will be established during the event planning process, and based on the terms of the agreement for the event. When the Licensee is responsible for event publicity all Press Releases should be emailed to the Event Manager for distribution to the Cape May Convention Hall press list. If the licensee has a preferred contact list, then the licensee shall provide the contact information to the Event Manager. The licensee shall provide to the Event Manager the contact information for a designated individual who has the authority to approve press releases and other advertising collateral.
All promotional events either prior to an event or during an event are subject to approval by Cape May Convention Hall management. Please inform your Event Manager of any planned promotional activities.
The Cape May Convention Hall shall approve all advertising before it is distributed. The licensee must receive approval before using the Cape May Convention Hall name and/or logo, or the City of Cape May name and/or logo on any promotional materials.
