Hold-On Fitness Offers Indoor Classes this Winter

CAPE MAY, NJ- The popular Hold-On Fitness moves its Cape May classes inside for the winter to the Cape May City Elementary School Gymnasium starting in January.  Classes will focus on functional fitness and increasing strength through a variety of exercises and boot camp workouts.  Thomas Holden says, “The classes will help everyone improve their health and fitness, have fun and reach their goals no matter what their fitness level.”

If you are striving to get in shape, lose weight, get nutrition coaching and increase your cardio endurance in an encouraging environment, these classes will be great for you.  The goal is to help people feel better and improve their life outside the gym.  The workouts are for everyone to build his/her strength and confidence.

Each one-hour class contains stretching, strength, cardio, and cool-down.
The classes will be held at the Cape May City Elementary School on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  The classes cost $15 each, with discounted 3- and 10-punch cards available.  For more information and full class schedule, go to: www.hold-onfitness.com, Facebook @holdonfitness, Instagram @hold_onfitness.  For any questions, or for personal training, email Thomas Holden directly: holdonfitness@gmail.com.
