The Cape May Waves offers children ages 5 to 18 the chance to participate in a competitive swim team that is designed for beginner through advanced skill levels.  Beginner swimmers must already be able to swim in order to participate in the swim team.

Competitive swimming is a great way for kids to improve their health, gain self esteem, and have fun.  The certified instructors encourage participants to develop into the best swimmers they can be by focusing on their individual needs. A commitment to promoting teamwork and support has led the team to many successful years in Cape May.
